the location was acceptable.

The room was not clean upon arrival. i found hairs in the bathroom and the floor looked to not have been vacuumed. the breakfast was also disappointing. The options were very limited, and everything was served with disposable cutlery.

My room, a beautiful queen suite, was clean upon arrival. the bed provided great comfort for restful sleep. i especially enjoyed the complimentary wine hour each evening. Such a charming touch. the staff helped me with subway directions, a huge relief.

The breakfast area was often congested. A larger space might improve the experience.

i found a lovely coffee and snack area. it really was a fab little touch. the breakfast was good, i think. i loved the great and big room i had.

i did not like no free water there. it was pretty bad. it is that there are several sockets that don't work. everything looks slightly dated to me. that's so bad.
